The place is conveniently right where the original Smokey Oak restaurant used to be to be. It is attuned more to the breakfast crowd and reasonable lunch menu; nothing fancy. It is affordable and the staff is both helpful and courteous. The venue has outside, covered seating as well. The ambiance is a cleanly presented and pleasantly decorated place to eat. I recommend.

Was glad to get a seat here since they had a busy Sunday! We sat at the bar and our food came out so fast! Delicious as excepted. I prefer the sausage to the bacon since it has a maple flavor to it. They do switch to lunch at 11 so we got in breakfast under the wire. I don't like when places make me say a silly name on the menu but overall it does add to their fun family friendly environment. The grits were ok but the potatoes were awesome. Some of the best pancakes ever and you can tell by the rich orange yolk they use nice eggs. Great biscuit that toasted well for leftovers.

This place was so good we went back TWICE in three days. This second time my boyfriend ordered the French toast with sides. The French toast was not as sweet as one would expect so it was just ok. The Cajun Benny (which I ordered) was full of yummy flavors! This is very greasy (it has so chorizo so that shouldn't be a surprise but just in case this is for you folks). All in all this was NOT as good as our first meal and has dropped this down to four stars. That being said our service was great as it was the first time.
